Change & Transformation
Strategic and tactical change — navigated, not managed. From enterprise-wide programmes to team-level shifts.
A note to our clients
We've completed the management buyout of our consulting practice in Beijing. After fifteen years as part of the CPC group — five of them with Falk Hirdes on the team, three as General Manager — the company is now under independent ownership. The team continues. The knowledge continues. Our collaboration with CPC Germany continues, actively, on current projects and live prospects.
momentum consulting
An independent consultancy based in Beijing, working across Asia. We help leaders and organizations find their way through complexity — across cultures, technologies, and the human dynamics that connect them.
How we work
Our work spans four connected disciplines. They share a single operating logic: read the situation honestly, build the capability to carry it forward, and stay hands-on until the change holds.
Strategic and tactical change — navigated, not managed. From enterprise-wide programmes to team-level shifts.
The human and governance side of AI in the enterprise — separating real decisions from vendor noise.
Culture as a strategic asset, not a poster. Diagnosing what actually drives behaviour, and reshaping it without breaking what works.
Structures, roles, and ways of working that fit the company you're becoming — not the one you were.
What we think about
Our framework — a 3D navigation system for finding your arena and choosing the right tools.
